2. Accounts
Customers and professionals must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
3. Bookings and services
Customers should review the service description, location, stylist, duration, price, and any preparation instructions before booking. Providers should honour confirmed appointments or contact the customer promptly if a change is needed.
4. Payments, deposits, and offers
Prices, deposits, discounts, taxes, and available payment methods are shown during checkout where applicable. Promotional offers may have limits, expiry dates, or provider-specific conditions.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary by provider and service. Customers should request changes as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the booking status, provider policy, payment method, and applicable consumer rights.

Customers should arrive on time, provide accurate contact and location details, follow reasonable preparation instructions, and treat professionals respectfully.

Stylists, salons, barbers, and wellness providers must keep profiles, prices, service details, availability, and policies accurate. Providers must deliver services safely, professionally, and in line with applicable laws.
8. Reviews and content
Reviews and profile content must be honest, relevant, and respectful. Stylist Que may moderate content that is misleading, abusive, discriminatory, spammy, or unrelated to a booking experience.
9. Platform availability
We aim to keep Stylist Que available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features when needed.
